I’ve been in blogging hibernation since June. Last year was a crazy but wonderful year. I did a ton of travelling and was glad to spend time with friends and family all across the country. It was very much a year of enjoyment.
So, where does that leave me in 2015? Ready for a little more consistency and moderation. I tend to a be a little too strict and rigid with myself at times. Then other times, it all goes out the window.
My goals for 2015 are to work out 3-4 times a week, every week. I’ve gotten much better about doing a variety of workouts and would like to continue that. And when I work out consistently I automatically eat healthier. So, if I am working out, I don’t really need to set any food based goals. I also got a great planner from my Secret Santa at work that I am going to use to track my workouts. Seeing them visually really motivates me.
I would also like to get back to blogging at least once a week. It became a burden for a while and I started to not like doing it, which is why I stopped. I think once a week is very attainable and will be therapeutic. You may also see a larger variety of posts instead of just recipes.
